This policy explains what data DocBatch AI processes, why we process it and what you control.

Files you upload
Spreadsheets, PDFs, images and templates you upload are processed only to perform the conversion or generation you requested. Files are stored in secure server storage so you can download the result, and generated outputs can expire — download them promptly. We do not publish, share or use your documents as training material.
Account information
The current MVP stores your email and preferences locally in your browser (localStorage) to keep the demo fast. A full server-side account system will replace this, and account data will then be stored securely with deletion available on request.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment provider (PayChaser). DocBatch AI never sees or stores your full card number. We receive confirmation of your plan status only.
Analytics and advertising
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. Ad slots are reserved for contextual advertising; when advertising partners are enabled, they may use cookies subject to their own policies and your consent choices.
Retention and deletion
Uploaded inputs and generated outputs are kept only as long as needed for your download and can expire automatically. You can clear your browser data at any time to remove local preferences, and you can contact us to request deletion of server-stored files.
