Using the service
DocBatch AI provides document conversion and bulk generation tools. You agree to use them only for files you have the right to process, and not to attempt to misuse, overload or reverse engineer the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload and generate. You grant us only the permission needed to process your files and deliver the output. You are responsible for the legality of the documents you create, including certificates, invoices and contracts.
Free and paid plans
Free plans include daily limits and a watermark. Paid plans unlock higher limits, extra formats and premium features. Plan features may evolve; material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonable.
Acceptable output
Generated documents must not be used to impersonate, defraud or mislead. Bulk certificates and invoices are for legitimate business and education use only.
Availability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Outputs can expire, so download your files promptly.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocBatch AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the tools. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the previous twelve months.
